LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SERVICES

We offer landscape maintenance services for properties which we have designed and built.  Our services listed here are to give a general overview of what is included with our maintenance services.  We are currently taking new clients located on the South Shore for the 2019 season.  

SIGNATURE CARE PACKAGE

April through November Sign-Up Required

LAWN CARE:

  • Weekly lawn cutting, trimming and edging of all turf areas. Clippings are to be swept or blown away from all walkways/paved areas to ensure a neat appearance.

WEEDING:

  • Remove weeds from all sidewalks, parking lots, landscaped beds and turf areas on a weekly basis. The use of chemicals to perform this requirement may be necessary.

​​

FERTILIZATION:

  • A five step program performed throughout growing season.

  • Pre-emergence treatment for weeds.

  • Grub control.

  • Treatment for crab grass and broad leaf weeds.

  • Turf building treatment.

  • Lawn winterizing.

MULCHING:

  • Performed in the Spring to apply new mulch to keep a thickness no more than two (2) inches.

​​

TRIMMING & PRUNING:

  • ​Small trees, shrubs and vines to be performed during Spring clean-up and as needed throughout the season to maintain a neat appearance.  Trees are to be pruned during Spring and Fall clean-ups. Landscaping season begins April1st and ends November 15th respectively.

IRRIGATION CARE

April through November

  • Maintenance of irrigation systems.
